Grants, provided by the Government through energy companies, are available to all homeowners and Phoenix Insulations can access this funding to minimise the cost of installation of your cavity wall insulation.
An added bonus is that you can be safe in the knowledge you are doing something to help the environment by saving around 610kgs per year of carbon dioxide emissions.
Every domestic cavity wall installation completed by Phoenix Insulations is guaranteed for 25 years by CIGA (Cavity Installation Guarantee Agency).
Cavity Wall Insulation Costs
Grants for cavity wall insulation are available to ALL homeowners. Phoenix Insulations can access these funds from the energy suppliers on your behalf. This means you get your cavity wall insulation at a vastly reduced rate.

If you or a member of your household is in receipt of one of the following benefits, OR you are over 70:
- Attendance Allowance
- Child Tax Credit where the relevant income is £16,040 or less
- Council Tax Benefit
- Disability Living Allowance
- Disablement Pension which includes constant attendance allowance
- Housing Benefit
- Income Based Job Seekers Allowance
- Income Support
- State Pension Credit
- War Disablement Pension (which includes either a mobility supplement or constant attendance allowance)
- Working Tax Credit where the relevant income is £16,040 or less
